“They are a company that sell products that you may not find anywhere else, which for me is amazing and sets them apart from others, however i do think the customer service should be improved, as i wrote a message on both the ‘contact us’ section and on tiktok messages, and got no reply.”

They missed some items in my order and they sent the missing items straight away and some free samples too!
I’ve brought from them twice and first time was happy second time was bit disappointed but they correct their mistake so all is good!
