“Prompt initial visit. No pressure. Installed within 10 days. Excellent installation. No hesitation in recommending this company. If you buy Solar Panels optimisers (micro inverters on) each panel are essential for maximum efficiency. Very good information comes from the system.”

“EEC - Are very eager to take your order and fit the Solar Panels to your roof-Top buts that about it......no follow up on their work, especially when it comes to your electricity provider(s) then unfortunately you’re let on your own devices. The electricity supply companies don’t aced to your Solar Power (Microgeneration) - they put many obstacle(s) in your path to registration ... The Completion ought to be the responsibility of EEC... but they try and ‘brush’ off.... so please make sure that Instilation of Solar Panels by EEC or any other company(s).... GET IN WRITING THAT THEY WILL REGISTER THE MICROGENERATION .... and give a written and completed Paperwork l.... don’t Pay them fully (Keep the portion) of Payment -until this is”

“Staff very friendly and knowledgeable , the 2 guys who fitted the panels were Wayne and Steve again were brilliant and couldn't do enough, arrived early and stayed very late to finish the job.”

“Had a roof survey in December- the date was completely inflexible because they had a lot of work to do in the area and the installation HAD to be done by end January. Ended up jumping through multiple hoops to get an afternoon off to accommodate that. Was then told again that installation had to be done by end January. It is now past the middle of February and there is no response to multiple contacts. Not sure that I have not been caught up in a scam”

“The survey and installation were carried out efficiently but the start date was changed and the scaffolding remained in place for about 2 weeks after installation was completed. Since that time I have sent emails to the company asking a couple of questions. These were ignored initially but I have now had a telephone call responding to one of the questions. I am still waiting for an engineer to contact me with regard to the second question. In view of this I would suggest that the company consider the appointment of a dedicated customer services person to deal with after sales enquiries.”

“Everything went according to plan: scaffolding arrived when planned and was erected quickly. It was removed very soon after the installation of the solar panels and dismantled even quicker. The whole installation was on time and went smoothly with no mess or damage to property.”
