“Very bad experience in getting loft insulation done by this company, our loft looks disgusting and nothing like the pictures they put online, I’ve contacted them several times regarding this and other major issues I wanted to discuss but they haven’t responded once. I believe the total mess to have been caused by faulty machines they have used to spray my loft. I have given this company time to respond and clearly customer service(after they get your hard earned cash) is not their strong point. Pick another company that actually care about customer service if you want a job that looks something like reasonable cos this company don’t care afterwards either way.”
