“This website is a joke, says $100 then charged me more for other service fee. A few hundred bucks are not important, but they literally taking weeks to do it. If you do it yourself, I takes 2-3 days.”
“My experience two months ago getting my DBA was horrible and cost me $160: $100 for processing and $30 for my country fee. They made an error, requiring me to redo my notary twice. They lost my $30 money order, so I eventually had to go to my country's clerk's office and complete it myself. I was told I didn't need to use e-file and they could help for only $30. I could have saved $100. Never again; it was the worst experience ever.”
“My ein certificate came back with wrong name , they wouldn’t fix they told me to do it myself total bs after paying $250 dollars to have this place do the paperwork .
Not happy will not recommend this place to anyone.”
“11-8-22 filled out paperwork mailed it back wait 4 weeks to find out they never received it 12-8-22 filled out again sent it priority mail waited a few weeks they wait 18 dollars paid waited a few weeks they wouldn't answer my email . Sent a few more and nothing so on 2-2:23 I went to the court house and got it in 10 minutes. So this place took me for 113 dollar's and never answered my emails after they took the last 18 dollars”
“Lost my filing now won't respond to inquires
I sent my notarized filing to them on 12/13/22 and didn't hear back for several weeks so I reached out on 01/12/23 to check the status and they said they would check the mail and get back to me. Several days later after not hearing anything write back on 01/16/23 to check again and this was their response.
"Sorry for keeping you waiting. But the amount of mail we received was quite a lot, the staff needed to sort the mail and then assign it to the right department, so it took a little longer than expected. I will rush her again and I will get back to you as soon as possible".
On 01/24/23 I reached out again and asked for either a solution to fulfill the contract or a refund... after that no response.”
