“We as a company have worked with EFS for a good number of years and they are always excellent. For myself, over the last 12 months I have had to cover our shipping department and the help and support I have had from Emma and Dan at EFS has been invaluable. I know I can depend on them to help and get the job done. Our recent new employee who has come in to take up the Shipping role has also got a great deal of help and support as she learns the role.”

“I would just like to thank the whole team at EFS, we at TiMotion Technology have found all staff from Account Manager to Customer Service and Accounts department to provide outstanding service, In the 5 years we have been with EFS I cannot fault the follow up to any issue we have had with freight carriers, overcharging or cancellation of shipments, recently we required urgent shipment from SA to our Melbourne warehouse, this was organized by Belinda and collection and delivery was organized to the minute. I always have pleasure in telling other freight carriers who call we cannot fault the service EFS provide and will continue this happy partnership. Thanks again to Belinda, Andrew, Biljana and the whole Team at EFS 5 Star Service”

“Patterson & Rothwell started using EFS in 2014 after we carried out a review of our shipping requirements. EFS support Patterson & Rothwell on both our Pallet Track consignments and also our major roofing customer doing daily runs. EFS supply the full package for our business, be that from the service of the drivers of when they come to our site and the feedback from our customers. We have full support from Anthony, Andrea & Jack in the Traffic office who pull things out of the hat when needed. We receive full Electronic Proof of Deliveries via their web based dashboard which was one of our focus due to our customers requirements. We always give EFS 1st call on our shipping requirements. Going into 2019 we will continue to grow and offer more work to EFS as they also. Martyn is always happy to help us with new work proposals and the whole team adapt to our needs.
