This company is based in Hong Kong and has no UK presence which is not the impression they give in their advertising. When you want to return an item they say they will deduct a handling charge as per their returns policy. Having printed off their returns policy there is no mention of such a charge therein. They are asking for £15 which is excessive. So please be aware of this before purchasing.

This company has a 14 day returns policy, except they don't refund your money! The phone was brand new, but the screen wouldn't lock during a call, so all buttons got pressed accidentally and it was impossible to keep talking.

I tried to contact EGlobal to cancel the order and they told me I could now only use the 14 day returns policy.

Its a con, you either get stung with a fake product or wait a life time for them to find a cheaper version which will have world plugs and adapters, their whole terms and conditions are all set up to sting you with admin costs which is probably their biggest profit earner based on the amount of returns or lost orders surrounding them.
