“Bought a phone from them which was sent from Hong Kong and not the UK site it appeared to be. The phone did not work when a sim card was put into it, it just kept starting up and shutting down and starting up etc. There is no phone number you can contact to report the problem and online help is useless. You need to rasise an "RMA" case which I did, number 90038894. After several back and forth comments I had to send the phone back to Honk Kong, where they said they would check it and report back. They said there was nothing wrong with the phone and I would need to pay another £25 to ship it back to me. Got the phone back (3 months from original purchase date) and still it is useless. This company has got to be one of the worst online retailers. They make their site look like it is in UK but it is not, there is no immediate online communication possible if you have a problem. They pretend to use a UK id when dealing with the RMA complaints but the english is terrible so doubt that to. Advice to anyone - JUST STAY AWAY - do not be tempted by there prices - it is a SCAM”
