“I have bought from your shop for over 30 years and your prices were always fair and competitive. I went to today to buy a new freezer and your price was neither fair nor competitive. I quoted the Argos price for the same freezer but your sales assistant was not interested in price match! So disappointed Keith”

Hi Keith, We appreciate your feedback. We price match were possible, on this occasion, the product you were looking at in Argos (priced @ £275) was priced not including their delivery and taking away charges. This product at Argos was not available for collection... Delivery only. Further enquiries show their delivery charge is £8.95 (When postcode is typed into their website) and their recycling of your old appliance charged at £14.95 brought their price up to £298.90. Our price was £329, the sales person quoted £299, and said the best would be £290, this included delivery and free recycling of your old appliance., making us cheaper than the Argos option. Argos quote on their website - delivery between 3-5 "Working days" We could have had this item delivered tomorrow to you to save you waiting. We value all of our customers and as I said, we price match where possible, our price match is on a like for like basis and includes delivery and any other applicable charges that our competitors charge; and so on this occasion, we were cheaper option. “Another 5 Star review for this great company. New fridge freezer bought from a lovely, helpful lady in the shop. It arrived at exact time this morning and was installed. The polite delivery man even removed a small panel from my fitted kitchen so that the appliance fitted perfectly.... now that's what I call going the extra mile! I wouldn't go anywhere else for electrical goods as the service and staff are second to none. Big thank you!”

“I bought a new oven and hob this week. I was very nervous about what to choose as ovens etc had always come with fitted kitchens so I wasn't sure what to get. Clifford had a brilliant knowledge of the products and explained everything in a way that I understood. There was no pressure to buy the more expensive items and I felt I was able to order the right products for my needs. Clifford arranged a delivery/fitting day for me and even went online and registered the warranty. Today the guys came at exactly 10am as arranged. Old cooker and hob removed and new one fitted by 2 very polite and helpful men. I would definitely recommend EH Services as they are very professional while maintaining the personal customer care that is so often lacking in the big multinational companies. Well done and thank you!!”
