“Ordered two shim washers on two day delivery and did not receive them even after five days so because of this I missed a rally. I think they use Camel logistics for deliveries. There are better reliable suppliers out there, just don't use this one.”

I have contacted EJ-Parts about this and even sent a photo of my door, just incase they are in doubt :( but I am yet to hear back.
