When I approached customer service, a person named Emm, she simply sent me the email showing it was delivered on her end. I asked for assistance in moving forward with the USPS to make it right, and she provided me a USPS link that doesn't actually work or provide resolution.
As much as they talk about how much they appreciate patronage, they don't actually seem to care when things become somewhat complicated. This will be my last order from ejuice.deals. There are plenty of other options that help when orders are unfulfilled.”
