“Elavon have frozen my funds without notice after being a loyal customer for 11 years!
I am a small business owner, running a small B2B Business and Elavon have frozen all my funds without notice. Furthermore they have stated that my small business represents risk to them. This is the second time they have done this too me, the last time was in 2018 before I presented my case to management only to have it overturned.
As a hardworking female, trying to run a business whilst bring up young children I cannot put into words the amount of distress this causes when Elavon decide to behave in such ruthless manner without even a phone call.
Just an email on a Friday evening saying my funds are being held, account frozen for no real reason other than they now see my business as a risk!? We have been a good customer to them since 2013!
Over the last 10 years I have also recommended countless customers to Elavon, who any business can treat their customers like this is beyond me and I am sure I am not the only one. I am a member of numerous trade associations and I will be taking the matter further and letting other businesses know the risks they face.”
