“I think my product was just faulty , but the range was worse than I expected. However within a few days if contacting them they had arranged for a pick up service so that they couldn’t run tests and solve the problem.”

“The scooter decent X7 did fine for a 3-4 days until I started hearing a clattering sound at the back of the scooter I’ve sent an email and been told some one will be with me ASAP and I’ve been waiting since Tuesday but no one has responded to me yet so hopefully some one will.”

“Delivery took slightly longer than stated and external packaging was damaged and very wet which meant due to tier 4 restrictions intended recipient did not get his Christmas present until new year, product was as described but unable to ascertain if damaged at present time.”

“Great scooter However this Xiaomi M365 came with Orange Reflectors instead of red , so I had to spend money on buying red reflectors. All in all fast delivery , good scooter”

Hi Gideon, We are glad to hear you are enjoying the scooter. All the later M365’s come with orange reflectors to comply with EU regulations. They provide a much more effective and brighter reflection.

Hello, We are sorry to hear you received a puncture after a couple of days. Unfortunately just like a car or bicycle electric scooters, with airfilled tyres are susceptible to punctures. The model you have purchased does come with two spare tyres & inner tubes. We have a video on our YouTube Chanel giving you a complete guide of how to change a tyre over. We also have puncture slime available, this can be used to seal an existing puncture or acts as preventative going forward. Solid rubber tyres are slo something available for this product. They do result in a slightly firmer/harder ride but does of course completely reduce the chances of any future punctures. Ensure you have your airfilled tyres up to the correct 50-55psi recommend pressure. Anything too low or high does increase the chance of a puncture.

“Ordered the scooter on a Sunday and arrived on the Tuesday. The only problem we had that the charger plug was all bent and i had to fix this myself and it wasn't an easy fix.”
