“Ordered an item and paid extra for fast-track delivery because needed it in a hurry.
The delivery was through GLS which is absolutely off the wall. They kept saying it was out for delivery, I kept calling to make sure they had my details, but they kept sending it back to the depot and then said they couldn't get me.
They had my number and I was home.
GLS also say they don't offer fast-track delivery so I would need to dispute with Electrical World. Better off to just boycott both going forward.
Definitely avoid delivery from this company, just look at reviews for GLS!”
“Terrible company. Ordered my product in march. When i ordered it it showed up as inn stock ( it was not inn stock when i searched 2 days after ordering) Sent numerous emails to help get my money back or my product. They kept putting to me that it should arrive soon and theyll send it on.. And 6 months later no refund or product . I found that when dealing with all nicey nicey but no actions or follow up after my communications. Very much scammers. Happy to take your money . Stay well clear of these guys”
