“Communication was non existstant and was delivered to my elderly neighbour and I was not aware it had even been delivered to her daughter called around. Then the following day I got an email to say the product had been delivered successfully Not very impressed by the delivery company.”

Hi Roy, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your review and I'm sorry you had a negative experience. However, our records show that you received an email from us with your tracking information when Parcelforce collected your parcel, then a notification when Parcelforce were going to deliver your parcel, and then another one to inform you it had been left with a neighbour. Could you please let us know if you didn't receive these notifications so I can investigate further. Thanks, Matthew

“The beer is lovely but the customer service not so much. The link for 10% off didn’t work and my attempts to sort it out have gone nowhere.”
