“Absolutely amazing!!! Purchased the Alcatraz combo package as a gift for my mom. She was very excited about the tour (especially Lombard street), but was quite nervous. Our guide, Melanie, was incredible!!! She made my mom feel comfortable and confident and made us laugh the entire time! My mom hasn’t stopped smiling and telling everyone about the wonderful, bucket list experience she had!!”

“We do at least 2 Segway tours whenever we are in town. We have done the night China town tour 3 times. We have done The Advanced Streets tour and just did the new advanced Golden Gate Park tour this past weekend. The park tour was fun and beautiful. The tour guides were excellent, always are! The rides are so fun. We highly recommend taking any of the San Francisco tours with The Electric Tour Company. They do it best and they do it right!”

“My wife and I and a friend did 2 tours; The mini SF Gate Park tour and the Advanced Hills tour. Johanas and Nick were our guides and they were absolutely great. They obviously love their job and enjoy the history of SF. Overall, the Electric Tour Company provides an outstanding service.”

“Nic was the best and funniest tourguide you could ever have. She made us feel comfortable and save on the Segways and did a great job showing us nice places and giving good explanations to everything. It was even more then just a five star rating! Thanks a lot Nic!”

“I was nervous about learning to ride but the training was excellent and I ended up having the time of my life. Great great tour! Location was amazing and every staff member did an exceptional job and was always friendly and helpful. I already signed up for your other tour. Thanks!”

“Great tour. Safety is a top priority and we received training that ensured safe operation of the machines. Having done other tours in SF I know not all companies do this critical training. The tour guide was quite entertaining and knew lots about the route.”
