“Levert niet en stort de 999 euro ook niet terug.
Op 6 mei 2021 kocht ik een samsung TV voor 999 euro, meteen betaald via ideal. Omdat deze niet leverbaar was ,is de bestelling op 4 juni 2021 geannuleerd.
Er volgde echter geen terugbetaling. ( ook niet na vele mails ).
Op 31 juli 2021 (!) toch nog akkoord gegaan dat ze de TV zouden leveren.
Na weer veel mails nog steeds niets geleverd.
Ik ben dus nu al meer dan 3 maanden 999 euro armer zonder TV”
