How dare this company keep my money for a subscription I am not using, and have not used it nearly a YEAR. I was unaware of the renewal. Decent companies would say "oh sorry, yes if you are not using it, we will cancel it, and refund you".

After multiple emails explaining this, they STEAL my money and KEEP it. Absolutely outrageous.
