Delivery was fast but some of my pods were incorrect. I submitted a form to customer service and received a reply within a few hours notifying me the correct pods were on the way. Excellent customer service!!

The company itself is very fast on shipping the order but the delivery service they use GLS is terrible and reflects badly on the Element Vape Co. GLS Transportation is rude very uncooperative, and does nothing to communicate with their customers.

Never have an issue with Element Vape and delivery - usually pretty fast considering supply issues - I order ONLY from Element Vape to get Sourion Drop products - Do not order from SourionUSA (never got the order and still trying to get refund ) but all praises for Element for all vape needs!
