Ordered two Trinity vapes. Got them in a week and both were leaking from the bottom. I took pictures and communicated with customer service multiple times and the end result was nothing.
No, they won't replace them.
No, they won't refund my money.
But they did offer a 10 dollar credit.
I declined and will never buy from them again.

I ordered a Puffco Peak Pro off their website. I used it twice and then the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted Element Vape immediately and they told me I'm on my own and they recommend I file a warranty claim with Puffco. They would not provide an exchange or refund even within the first 4 days. Avoid them!

After about a dozen emails over the course of 12 days including sending videos and responding to automated messages clearly showing no one was actually taking in what I was saying, the resolution was a trip to the post office to send it back for a refund (about $5).

I got The Arc Fox Vape mod kit when I got it I noticed that it looked like it had been returned to them previously to me buying it so I gave the benefit of the doubt and come to find out. It keeps saying short circuit so I messaged them about getting a new one, and I have to return it And then it needs to be approved by them before they’ll refund my money or give me a new vape so I have to go without one in order to get a new one terrible company
