“It was my nieces 21st Birthday during lockdown and she was not very happy. I sent her an Elevation Ballon. It arrived on time and she was blown away with it. Thank you, Louise”

“Easy online ordering, and updates. Balloon arrived on selected day, and I was able to track parcel. Delighted to be able to send granddaughter her princess birthday balloon during lockdown. Luckily I was able to see her open the box excitedly via video call. Worth every penny!”

“I received my balloon to find it already deflated. It left me no time to order a replacement for my daughter's special birthday. After your request for a photograph of it you had to afee and i was refunded. I was very disappointed.”

“Although the balloon looked lovely I did have a little problem, it did clearly say on the box not to use anything sharp to undo the box - I stupidly used scissors to undo it and the balloon popped so Sadly I never got to use it 😞 If there’s one thing I could say it would be to use another piece of cardboard above the balloon to stop this from happening - this no one else’s fault but my own.”

“Wow, what can I say. Googled them because my usual local place was shut and I wasn't sure that balloons through the post was a thing, their reviews were really good so i crossed my fingers and went for it! Ordered on the Tuesday and chose the Friday for delivery. Arrived via DPD in pristine condition this was the 19th April, it is now the 30th April and it hasn't deflated at all. Very impressive balloon and would definitely recommend with a ful 5 stars.”

“Excellent. Order arrived when it said it would and it was all nicely boxed to keep the contents safe. The balloon itself was really nice and excellent quality. Will definitely use these guys again.”

“Even in uncertain times my balloon arrived exactly when I was told and was a perfect gift in my husbands 50th birthday. Thanks for helping to make the day just a little bit more special when all our other plans had to be cancelled.”

“Really sad about this service. Ordered balloon for my young Nephew on his birthday delivery slot was 19.30 had no impact and birthday was over. I called Company to express my upset and told thats how it is with the delivery company and it still is on the day. Would not use again or Recommend”

We are very sorry that your order did not arrive earlier in the day, on your selected day. Your order was a day following a bank holiday when courriers are very busy. We don't promise a delivery time on the day of delivery. We do however offer the opportunity to upgrade your delivery to a pre-10 or pre-12 delivery but this was not chosen on this occasion. I am afraid we have no further control over the delivery time of your order and can only apologise that this was too late for you. Thanks Elevation
