“Balloon was great and just as advertised. Significantly marked down due to its late arrival. This was for Father’s Day and it arrived on the Monday, even though I paid for weekend delivery. I asked you for a delivery refund and was told no given it only arrived 1 day late! Not much good having balloons delivered after the event! So very disappointed about that!”

“Unfortunately, the balloon was not attached to the ribbon and so it flew up to the ceiling when we opened the box. The ribbon on the other balloon snapped later that day and we had to tie it back together. The balloons themselves were good quality.”

“Ordered for a birthday, no one there for collection. Resolved quickly. Unfortunately one balloon didn't stay inflated past a day, full refund received. Used many times over the years, first time ever a problem.”

“Arrived on time for our Granddaughters birthday. Although it was what we ordered, we were a bit disappointed at the size. It came in a massive box and I was expecting it to rise up out of the box but it didn't. My granddaughter liked it because it was the only balloon she got because of the lockdown.”

“The balloons arrived on the day I requested and they are exactly what I expected. They are still fully inflated after 10 days. The only downside was that I paid £30 for 3 balloons which I found I could have got in Asda for a third of the price. Never the less, they were what I expected.”

Thank you for your review and order. You can pick up balloons in supermarkets now, but this is not delivered to you all ready in a box to your door. This is collecting them yourself. Delivery unfortunately by courier is not cheap and arriving on a selected day. Supermarkets don’t normally arrange them in clusters, or do personalised printed balloons. We like to think we offer much more than just an inflated foil balloon. Thank you

“They need to organise the deliveries better. It notified me that it was getting delivered three days early which sounds good but I specifically requested a certain day on the website. I had to communicate with the delivery company to rectify this to the correct date and was told by Elevation that it was out of their control. If this is the case then why even have the 'select delivery date' option on the website at all? Aside from that, the product was good.”

“Ordered online because of Covid. Asked for 18th delivery as birthday on 19th. Came on 17th. Opened on 18th to find one balloon is already deflating. Very disappointed as a 16th birthday during lockdown and wanted everything lovely for her 😭”

“Slightly disappointed. I only really ordered from here as I had seen a 41” rapunzel foil balloon on the site, my little girl loves rapunzel and because it was a good size I ordered it. The day before her birthday I received a phone call to say they had none of this balloon left!! I was really disappointed. I was offered a replacement Disney princess bubble balloon. I was assured this wasn’t just the size of a normal balloon and as it was the day before her birthday I went with that. When it arrived it was much smaller than I expected and was not a perfect sphere as advertised on site. I wouldn’t have ordered this through choice.”

“The banners looked great and Isaac was spelt correctly. My son liked the balloon apart from his name spelt incorrectly on there, Isaac was spelt ‘ISACC’ which was disappointing.”
