“Fantastic quality...quick delivery (earlier than expected).. minor criticism...I expected balloons in a gift box within the brown cardboard delivery.. in reality its balloons within the brown cardboard delivery box..... Which is ok...just not what I expected. I suspect I just didn't read the details probably. I ordered 3 helium balloons and 12 days later they are just starting to look less plump but still floating.”

“Slightly disappointed. I only really ordered from here as I had seen a 41” rapunzel foil balloon on the site, my little girl loves rapunzel and because it was a good size I ordered it. The day before her birthday I received a phone call to say they had none of this balloon left!! I was really disappointed. I was offered a replacement Disney princess bubble balloon. I was assured this wasn’t just the size of a normal balloon and as it was the day before her birthday I went with that. When it arrived it was much smaller than I expected and was not a perfect sphere as advertised on site. I wouldn’t have ordered this through choice.”
