“Toni was my salesperson. She was with me everystep of the way. I had an issue with the Delivery of my unit. No fault of Eleven36 but Toni helped me with the order and kept in touch with me and told me what to do. After 7 days of the transportation trying to deliver to my residence they finally made it on a Saturday with a Torn up Box and as i opened the box i cold tell there were dents and scratches all over the unit. I refused the delivery and Texted Toni that i just Refused it. This was on a Saturday. Toni texted me back on Sunday and said she had the order for the new unit and it would be sent in first thing Monday and she would call them to make sure they understood what was going on with my unit. My New Unit was shipped out on Tuesday and received it on Thursday.
The only reason i gave Eleven36 4 stars and not 5 was due to the return policy. I had to reorder the same unit and Repay. My refund took over 2 weeks to get back on my Card. Toni was with me all the way and reassured me that the refund would happen. it took some time but I finally recieved my refund.
The unit that Toni had offered me was the perfect unit so far. No issues !.”
