“I bought an item in July 2021 and returned it via Parcelforce a few days later as the size was incorrect
It cost £70 to insure and return this and it arrived in Italy about one week later
Eleventy customer services were absolutely useless in helping me and I had to threaten legal action to get them to respond to me
They finally completed some
Paperwork in October and after chasing them again I finally got my refund however it was short by £75 supposedly for import taxes
Given the terrible customer service I received and also the fact that it sat in Italian customers for over 3 months you would think they would waive this as a gesture of goodwill
I would never buy anything from them again as their Customer Service has been painfully shocking in assisting with this return and refund”
