“My boiler broke. It's middle of January, Ellen Brook estate told me that they have to wait for a part to fix it(which is fine). After a week I still have no hot water, and heating broke. Tried contacting them about it, claiming that no heating is an emergency, but was told that 'do not have to provide me heating or water'. Ask yourself if you want to be on that boat.
To be clear - I expected to be provided heaters when the heating stopped working, as well as recompensation for the time I did not have hot water (increased electricity bill, time spent to boil water every morning, and the fact that service that I'm paying for is not working.)”
