“Elodie Boutique poses as an American company but is actually a fraudulent operation based in China. I received my order after a month, and the clothes reek of mothballs, are clearly not US sizes, and are of terrible quality. When I requested a refund for the $93.42 I paid, they offered only $15 to keep the items. Utterly ridiculous.”

The quality of the merchandise is at a much cheaper level than what they show online and the colors are not what they display or show. The return policy is absolutely ridiculous. Because it will have to be shipped back to China, I would have to pay customs fees. It will cost just as much to ship the items back as the garment I purchased in the first place. Mad in Minnesota”

The supposed sweatshirt was not made of normal sweatshirt fabric. The shirt was also not the pink seen in the shop picture. I was extremely disappointed in my purchase!!”

I emailed customer service they explained brexit related delays but it has been held in the Uk for over a month. So disappointed with this purchase and let down this is not acceptable. “The worst shop I have tried in last two-three years. If you order some items, don’t expect the delivery of these products. You will get only a part of your order after a longer time period, but nobody will inform you, that some items are missing (they are still invoiced a paid!) or that you will get your order. You have to contact them in many ways and hope, they will respond to you and you will get your money back. But there is no warranty....the lack of communication and customer services couldn’t be bigger. Add the “attempted fraud” of invoicing of not delivered items and you will get “Elodie details” in all its beauty!
As I said, I can’t recommend this shop in no way! One star is minimum If this website.”
