The diagrams on the big name software sites are garbage. I switched to this service because you get the actual manuals from the factory. It's way easier to trace a wire when you can see the real colors and pin locations. Plus its way cheaper. No brainer for my small shop.

My truck boom was stuck 40ft high so I needed a solution. That one job alone was worth the price of this membership. I've used it since for our wood chipper and our 3 other Fords. We don't have time for downtime, and this service is the fastest way to get the info we need to fix our stuff while in the field.

around here, a truck that won't start in -40 is a dead truck. You don't wait for a service truck to drive 6 hours. I do all my own work on the Petes and the loaders. I keep this sub so I can pull torque specs and maintenance schedules on my phone in the cab. Sent a VIN to their WhatsApp once to make sure I had the right engine specs for a rebuild and they were spot on. Real pros, they know their stuff.

I lead a construction crew that moves between remote sites in Central America. Shipping physical service manuals for our trucks and equipment is a logistical nightmare and they always get ruined by the humidity anyway. We rely entirely on this digital library now. We download everything we need for our specific project list to a hard drive before we leave. Essential for the mobile professional.

I’m responsible for the upkeep of a 200-unit complex. Between our plow trucks, the industrial generators, and even some of the heavy-duty appliances in the laundry rooms, I’m always fixing something. I started using this for the trucks, but realized the library covers our landscaping gear too. Live Chat on the site is neat too. Exceptional service.

It’s one thing to show him how to turn a wrench, but showing him how to read a service manual and follow a diagnostic tree is a life skill.

We manage a few thousand acres and the repair bills for our irrigation pumps and service trucks were getting out of control. I signed up for the membership because it was the only one that didn't separate 'Ag' from 'Automotive.' I can pull up the specs for our Cummins-powered pumps and our Ford F-350s on the same account. It’s saved us a fortune in field service calls this year alone.

My business is buying used heavy equipment at auction, fixing the biggest issues, and reselling them. I might buy a Bobcat, a Genie lift, and a compressor all in the same weekend. I can't be buying $100 paper manuals for machines I'm only going to own for two weeks. This service has been a game-changer honestly.

I run the only repair shop in a tiny town in Alaska. We service everything from F-350s to snow machines and diesel generators. Internet is spotty at best. The fact that I can download these manuals to my hard drive and use them offline is the main reason I signed up. The cloud-based software the big guys sell is useless up here.... and most of them don't cover much beyond cars and trucks anyway. You guys are a lifesaver.
