“Just purchased a BMW 330e from EMC Car sales, great Customer service from sales, Noel efficiently helped me through the whole process.. Realised immediately on driving home from picking up the car that there was a problem with one of the rear tyres. I called Noel and he asked me to email their After-sales and Complaints, this was their standard procedure and they told me to take it into Halfords auto centre. When they checked the tyre they said being a run flat it needing replacing. I emailed aftersales a written fix quote and got an authorisation from them and the tyre was replaced. I have to say the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent and would highly recommend EMC Car sales and would most definitely purchase from them again.”
