“I have purchased 4 Atnminer S21 Hyd so I can get the Antrack V1 with 50% off. Fast shipment of the order, I've received the tracking number about 2 days after payment confirmation. ETA was aproximately 5 days by using express shipping, so all good untill here with Empire Miners. Had a problem with one of the machines , the miner stopped working and I've contacted them to solve this, untill they've responded back to me I have managed to fix it myself so I have to give them only 4 stars for that. Empire Miners is a legit and honest company with very competitive prices but they can improvethe custommer suport a bit. PS: they do offer straight forward informations and advices, no doubt about that! Thank you!”

“Empire Miners is a legit site & sells good quality ASIC miners. I am from the United States and initially had doubts whether I should order from here as these miners are quite expensive. But I researched and generally found good reviews. They even have a live chat for customer support where I've spoke to an agent who clarified my doubts. They also responded swiftly by email. I have successfully ordered and received 1 * Antminer AL1 & 1 * Antminer KS5 PRO; I'm satisfied with the quality and ease of delivery. There were no problems with the customs. The order arrived within a week and overall I'm quite happy with Empire Miners services. In the future I will order only from Empire Miners. “I have over 30 miners ordered from Empire Miners. They offer quick responses to issues, have an easy ordering process, and the miners are brand new. For those new to mining, it is rare NOT to experience delays when it comes to shipments. After seeing some of the bad experience reviews, I wanted to share my experience with this company, and I must say it's legit. They have taken care of me on every step, which included compensating me for miner downtime due to delays. This is mind-blowing! I think Empire Miners are great, and I highly recommend them!”

“Trustworthy and legit company I first found this company on eBay. They had reasonable rates and the seller representative William was extremely professional. He gave me the best rates and I purchased in bulk 18 x IceRiver KS3M plus a Lian Li Triple Stack Immersion Cooling from them and multiple Antminer S19 Pro Hyd during the bear market of 2023. All goods were protected with eBay's buyer guarantee and all machines were delivered in a week or two. I was very happy with my purchase. My last purchase was of another 20 units of Antminer KS5 and some arrived defective/damaged during shipping. William helped me throughout the entire painful warranty process and I received the machines back in 2-3 weeks. Which is long but that’s unfortunately how long Bitmain took. This month I bought another 40 x Antminer S21 Hyd from their web-shop. All items were delivered within a week. I have an uncle in Denmark who went directly to their office. William absolutely exceeded my uncle's expectations and provided the best prices/rates for some newly released machines. Finally, I had another interaction with William then completely gained my trust. I saw that William went on vacation to a fancy place. It was so nice that he bought me a gift of an artifact excavating box that surprised the heck out of me. I’m a pretty lonely dude. The only gifts I receive are from family members. My best friend doesn’t even give me any gifts. William was actually my first “friend” who has ever gifted me anything haha! What a selfless act 😭. Anyways you can trust this company. I’ll update this review again if anything happens. I’ve referred many people to buy from Empire Miners who have spent far more money than me and so far none of them had any issues. They offer reasonable prices and are very responsive on live-chat and email. Five Stars!!!”
