“over priced £16.95 for a burger with no grilled onions as advertised this was luke warm as was the very small portion of fries. salad was lettuce leaves with a few slices of peppers no tomatoes, cucumber etc. would of sent back but as the wait so long we wouldn't of had time to eat it. very expensive drinks a small bottle of diet coke £4.25. total of bill for 2 burgers a sausage and mash 3 drinks £62.50. Will not be returning!!”

“Had a very bad experience at the Emporium. Took 30 minutes for us to get noticed and to start ordering. The hostess was very impolite to us throughout the meal and moved us tables in the middle of our meal. She was very unprofessional and argued back at us when we complained, clearly the customer is not always right in this establishment. They charged our bill to our friend’s table which shows they are very unorganized, and even after this they asked us to pay the bill again. There were only two nice waiters, that took care of our table, apart from that we had a very unpleasant experience. Do better.”
“Love this shop and all the things in it. I do think the service could be a little warmer but the items for sale are gorgeous and I don't mind paying a little extra for them. Wish I could afford a sofa but for the moment, I buy a lot of birthday and Christmas gifts here.”
