Refund - Difficult

Incapable to maintain their own stock - happend to me several times that i place an order just to get without any comment a refund notice days later - once I even had to make them aware I placed an order and wanted to know the pending reason and the answer where in all cases „we looked but could not find your item“…very professional.

Absolute shambles, I've been waiting well over a week to get a refund enquiry responded too. There are much better retailers around who care about their customers. It's a shame, they used to be quite good. Avoid like the clap!

Pls do not buy from this company, worst customer service in history They will send you standard emails and will not look into you complaint I still have over 1000 pounds with them and have not received a refund for over 4 weeks and counting If you know what is good for you do not buy from the company, I assure you will regret it like me

Orders don't arrive and they refuse to refund you. Draw out an "investigation" until you give up. Pathetic scam artists

Terrible company and terrible experience.. Very slow communication. No refund in 3+ weeks and no communication about it!

First time I bought item. My order has been cancelled. You can’t reach them , nobody respond to my email. No email saying, sorry your order has been cancelled we refund you the money. Very bad . Will not recommend to shop with End clothing.

When asked where the rest of the 11 figures were? It took them weeks to get a hold of someone to ask for a refund.

No refund in 3+ weeks, paid for a trackable service like they suggested and it was delivered and signed. Nothing since! Emailed over 10 times and have received the same automated email about returns everytime. No answer on customer service line either. Absolute joke! £300!

Despite the online and distance selling rules in the UK they will not refund the original postage costs when you return an online order in full.
