When I contacted customer service, I was told there is “no record” of my returned items, and therefore, they cannot process the refund.

This company told me nothing about any duty fees I would be paying on top of the purchase. There was 0 notice 0 updates and 0 communication on additional fees that I would be responsible on top of the purchase amount. Terrible customer service as I work in the industry and this is not something that should be happening. Not to mention almost 70 dollars on one single item.

Pls do not buy from this company, worst customer service in history They will send you standard emails and will not look into you complaint I still have over 1000 pounds with them and have not received a refund for over 4 weeks and counting If you know what is good for you do not buy from the company, I assure you will regret it like me

I contacted them to complain but the customer service person played dumb, directing me to returns processes and not answering my question when I specifically sent a screen shot of the "free returns" in my confirmation screen of the order.

Terrible customer service! They sent my order back before I had time to collect it so I asked them to re-ship it back to me to find out now they are just refunding me and ignoring my emails.
