“I need to give a HUUUGE shoutout to the folks at EngineeredSleep! This is one classy company! I am very sorry to say that the "Classic Hybrid 12" Ultra Firm" mattress they sold me did not do the trick. Further research shows I probably want a Bonnell spring arrangement instead of pocket coils, which is what their Ultra Firm used. There might be such a thing as too hard, but their product wasn't hard enough. But the team at EngineeredSleep was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only were they johnny-on-the-spot with replying to my post, but ordering, customizing, and talking through the options with them was easy, friendly, courteous, and just everything you want a retail experience to be. And even though I customized my order (no foam, + side handles for flipping), they lived up to their returns policy no questions asked. (Other than, "Why?, of course.) They were gracious, and scheduled a return pickup as soon as I called. The afternoon of the pickup they processed the refund, which hit my credit card within the week. This is why they're a Trusted Member of The Mattress Underground. Hats off to you, ES - I could not have asked for a better experience.”

“Engineered sleep customer service is top notch! We are out of state customers and they went above and beyond trying to help us make the mattress work for us. Example: They sent an extra piece of memory foam to help us adjust to the mattress. Unfortunately due to other factors (no fault to the company) we were not able to keep the mattress. I HIGHLY recommend giving this company a try- if it were just me using this, I would have kept it! Overall a great experience and serious props to this company and their policies! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
