“I booked a dwarf to come to our stag doo.. only 1 email saying that we couldn't have him dress as a devil and asked what other outfit we wanted and if we wanted a list.. I said a few alternatives and also asked for the list which hasn't arrived or any other emails.. ive tried to call, wats app, Facebook and email.. not 1 answer.. absolute joke of a company.. thankfully we still have 2 weeks to find something else”
hey Eddie,
the quote we sent you clearly lists the costumes.
You made a booking and then contacted us asking for this costume we explained the quote lists the costumes. You were not happy with this so posted an awful review.
we replied back within hours of your email, and our phone line is always open.
i have attached screen shots above of our email to you.
kind regards
“Appalling customer service and booking process, lack of communication. We booked dancers from this company for a company event.
We promptly paid the deposit and told them they would receive a bank transfer payment on the day of the event (although why we we should pay the remainder of the balance before we have even met or expereinced the service they provide, I have no idea. This is certainly not common practice for us). On the day of the event, they chased the payment (despite ignoring the questions we were asking about the performance on the night). We made payment immediately and sent the remittance advice as evidence. This showed that the payment had clearly been made but would reach their account the next day. Their tone suddenly changed on email and became nasty 'this is not good enough'. They said they wanted cash in hand (and they would return the other payment after the event) or they would not perform.
Not wanting to risk this ourselves - especially with a company that was literally holding us to ransom, we didn't go ahead with the double payment of cash in hand. This company let our guests down. I would not strongly recommend that you do not use this company.”
email we sent you -
Hi Claire.
As per the booking contract, previous emails, and our payment terms. payment is to be made in cash on arrival or funds needed to be received before the booking event date not afterwards.
I’m sure you don’t let your customers pay for their tickets the day after the event date This was clearly explained and we look forward to hearing from your team member.
