very poor will not do their duties. My daughter had mice in the flat and they refused to take any action even though it is the landlords responsibility. i had to deal with these mice at my own cost!! they do not act on concerns as her front security door has been broken for sometime, they admitted to knowing about this for sometime and had been reported by previous tenants but again had failed to take any action. this poor service compromises the flat security, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY COMPANY”
“As a family we had 6 buy to let properties in the Bolton area. The company acting on our behalf failed to notify us when rent became severly overdue. They failed to inspect properties on a regular basis ... last year (2016) one property had not been inspected since 2010! Maybe it is our fault we did not check up on them sooner. I am afraid we expected the same service we have always had from Lenwells. They formed contracts with unsuitable tenants etc. etc.”
