“I ordered some envelopes. They used DPD as a courier who did not attempt delivery on 3 scheduled dates. I cancelled the order, purchasing envelopes elsewhere, and was told my refund had been requested. Over a week later the order arrived having been sent to me not returned to the warehouse. I arranged for it to be collected and chased the refund which I was told takes 7 to 10 days. After a further week there was still no refund, even though it was now 11 days. The company said it reached their warehouse the previous day and they would now process my refund request. So 3 weeks after ordering, a lot of emails and hanging around for couriers, I have neither my money back nor envelopes. The delay in it returning to their warehouse was not my fault nor did they ever say the refund was dependent on this. Their communications have been poor and I'd give them zero stars if that was an option.”
