“Ordered and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Items eventually arrived 11 days later. I have requested a delivery refund, and have received no acknowledgement of it. Terrible customer service.”

“I bought a dress from this company and i decided to send it back via hermes. It has now been a month and i still haven't received my £66 refund. I have emailed their customer service and they are ignoring me. Very disappointed.”

“AVOID!! My order arrived over a week later than expected, shipped from France to UK. The quality of the clothes are not worth the price. Terribly thin fabric. Returned the items over 2 weeks ago now and still no refund. They also haven't responded to my email.”

“I kept a couple of tops which are cheap and cheerful but buying from this company is not worth the hassle. The returns process is PAINFUL. I've had to send multiple emails and 2 months on, still no refund. I've only received one response back letting me know that returns are processed within 15 working days. Way more than 15 working days have passed!”

“The quality of the products is very bad. Nothing like in the pictures. You pay 60 euro for a pair of pants that look like pijama pants. Such a waste of the planet's resources. So sorry I ordered from them.”

“I would not use this retailer for UK orders. There are no UK contact details whatsoever (no phone number, no address) and the email address is unanswered. Hermes received my return package (their tracking number tells me so) but have lost my parcel in transit. I need Envie de Fraise to chase them, as they are Hermes' customer, not me - but they will not because it is not in their interest to help me secure my refund. This is by far the worse customer service experience of any maternity wear retailer I have used for any of my three pregnancies. I would recommend that UK internet shoppers stick to the tried and tested H&M, Gap, Seraphine, Isabella Oliver, etc. The quality versus price of Envie de Fraise was in no way worth the hassle I have had over this return - and trust me, first time maternity shoppers, you will want to return some items, it is not easy finding the right maternity jeans!”
