“I have always been pleased with the service from ePianos since they were Whitley Bay Organs. After buying a small keyboard from them many years ago I've gone through a series of Technics then Yamaha keyboards, all from ePianos. Each time I've had excellent service, quick delivery and setting up. I've sometimes had to contact them direct for technical help and been sorted out in a quick and friendly manner. Why go anywhere else!”

“I bought a Yamaha Genos 2 and they were fabulous from start to finish. Since then I've bought music on two occasions and they have a great selection at very reasonable prices and the service is fast and the music arrives beautifully packed. Thank you Melanie”

“Although I have mainly bought my instruments from other dealers (being as they are nearer to my location), the service I got form epianos is second to none. They were able to talk me through the process of setting up my pedal to my keyboard. The price and delivery of the item was very good aswell. The quickness of their responses by email was equally as good. And no - they haven't paid me to write this”

“I have been a customer of EPianos for many years and the service I have received has been second to none. They are extremely organised and efficient in the manner they deliver their products and offer their after sales service. I’m now of the older generation and any problems I have I know I can call Melanie, David or Isaac for their patient, knowledgeable advice, without being rushed. I recently had a senior moment and deleted the USB Bonus content which they have replaced, promptly and free of charge! They have made an old man very happy! Geoff”

“What a joy to have discovered ePianos after literally months of research looking at the vast choices of digital pianos available we found Chris on YouTube and suddenly everything fell into place, with his friendly approachable and informative videos we finally knew what we wanted . A phone message to the shop on a Sunday morning was immediately returned and we arranged a 4 hour round trip to the store the following week to test run a digital smart Yamaha . Meeting Chris was great he was patient, helpful and relaxed no hard sales needed the piano spoke for itself and after playing a couple we chose the one that now sits in our house replacing a much loved but very old traditional upright. Being a bit of a snob I was a bit sceptical about going digital after 50 years of playing but oh my days! what an absolute delight these smart digital pianos are it’s an absolute game changer not just improving my performance and confidence to try different styles of music but starting my husband on his piano journey along with our three grandchildren. Apart from doing the ironing there’s not much these smart pianos cant do it’s eye watering to see the technology in practice and I would never go back to a traditional one. Thank you Chris and ePianos for raising my game and bringing fun to three generations. Sue D”

“Overall good service. Great package with additional packs, registrations etc. Delivery was ok, although box was damaged - Large dent . No damage to keyboard though. Collection of old product efficient, although wasnt given a time.”

“An excellent company who are always willing to spend time with you to ensure that you have the very best experience throughout your journey with the instrument. They have a lot of knowledge and have been very quick to reply with practical advice, suggestions, videos and know-how. Nothing is too much trouble.
