I feel completely deceived by EpicVIN. I signed up for a trial and tried to cancel before being charged. During the cancellation process, I was unknowingly “offered” an annual subscription. There was no clear warning, no proper confirmation — and suddenly, I was charged $199.98 for a full year.
I contacted their support immediately and explained that this was a mistake. I never intended to subscribe for a year and haven’t used their service since. Their response? A copy-paste message blaming “terms and conditions”, ignoring the fact that their cancellation flow is manipulative and unclear.
This is unethical, misleading, and feels like a trap. I’ve now filed a refund request with my bank and am sharing this to warn others: be very careful with EpicVIN. They will charge you nearly $200 without your clear consent and then refuse to refund you.
