I contacted EpicVin but instead of a refund to my account they gave me $99.99 in prepaid funds because there's nothing else they can do. That's nice of them but I don't know what to do with it because I don't intend to buy another car or start a business. That's why I'm giving it two stars. But also a bit strange because other customers have received their refunds.
I also tried to use PayPal support but the case was resolved in favor of the seller. They didn't help. They also banned my EpicVin account for this reason.
Be careful with their practices and don't make the same mistake.”
