“Charged up front the sum of £90 to go from Crowle to Doncaster Race Track. Told us to be at a certain point for return journey at 5pm. Did not turn up and then when we rang them they said we were not down for pick up. Man on other end of phone extremely rude and hung up. We had to get another taxi home which i might add was £13 cheaper than what we paid Epworth Taxis. The £45 we paid Epworth Taxis was later posted through letterbox which is admitting it was their error but not the point after the inconvenience it caused. Avoid Epworth Taxis like the plague they are a terrible service.”
“Outstanding service from this taxi company. Friendly fast booking. Friendly, punctual driver and super safe journey to the airport. On our return, we were delayed by days due to ill health but our booking was transferred no problem. Additionally, the driver helped with our luggage and so we could transfer my elderly father to and from the taxi. Faultless service and we thank you very much.”
“Outstanding company that we have used before and would highly recommend. We needed a taxi to Doncaster airport and the return journey was in the early hours of Sarurday morning...not everyone's favourite job, I'm sure! Once again, Epworth taxi's was punctual, fabulous communication AND they waited for us when we were delayed at the airport, due to baggage handling problems.
