Hi Sam, many thanks for your feedback. Your order was received on Friday 20/01/2017 at 15:37 and delivered on Tuesday 24/01/2017 at 11:57 slightly ahead of schedule. In accordance with our delivery policy, Belle products are dispatched directly from Belle on a standard three working day delivery. Next working day delivery is available at an extra charge.

Hi Maria, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, it is appreciated. We’re delighted you’re happy with the product but are disappointed you aren't happy with the delivery time? Your order was placed on 03/08/16 at 14:29 and you selected the next day delivery option. The delivery was signed for on 04/08/16 at 14:20 – less than 24 hours from receipt of order and next day as promised.

“I ordered a roof tube from Equip Logistics and at the point of ordering I was told 2 working days for delivery. I placed the order on a Sunday evening but by the following Friday nothing had arrived. I contacted by phone and it appears there was some kind of mix up with the carriers. The problem was resolved and the tube arrived 9am on the Monday. I wasnt desperate for the tube so wasnt a major problem. We all have hiccups in our working life, I was impressed and happy at how quickly this one was resolved.”
