Very bad customer service
In short: Very unprofessional handling by the staff, poor customer service and if any problems occur with a booking, you will be the one that needs to prove why you deserve your OWN money back! Wouldn’t recommend, BE VERY CAREFUL!
What happened and why am I saying this?
I made a booking of a VERIFIED Appartement and even got contacted by a pre-bookings agent, because I wasn't sure to complete this booking right away, saying that if I needed help or assistance they would be glad to advise me about the procedures and kept reassuring me that their verified system was safe and landlords have been previously contacted to make sure everything is fine.
