“I ordered a bread bowl… this is what was delivered. I called and the lady that answered had a difficult time speaking. I said I wanted to be refunded and she said it’s only $3.00. You can drive over and pick it up. I said that seems a little ridiculous since I placed the order for delivery. Do you want to talk to a manager. I said yes and then she said oh the manager is not here he will call you and then hung up.”
