“Escapade is a great nifty alternative party shop. Personally i recently bought bought 2 pairs of eye contacts which arrived expressly and with little packaging. The large range of costumes, are well priced and good quality, i now use this for all my party needs as you cant find this stuff on amazon!”

“The dress was very long for me at 5ft 2 inch but I will just take it up. Also the arm bands are extremely small , and I don’t have big arms so again will have to alter the cuffs to fit round my wrists The dress itself is like the picture and made of a crushed velvet material , sizing I would say is true to size I’m a 12/14 and ordered a medium So although I have some alterations to do I’d but again from this company”

“Escapade has a good range of fancy dress for all occasions, but the sizing is based on American products which doesn’t always align to UK sizing nor to Escapade’s sizing chart. If something is too small you need to pay to return the item after you paid shipping to order it to begin with. Adding both shipping costs nearly £10, they could at least offer free returns, which is why I give the a Good rating instead of Very Good.”
