“Products were excellent when they arrived but ordered Friday and paid a premium for a Saturday delivery and order only arrived Monday.... not happy but looking at the tracker it was a parcel force issue not Escapade.”

“The 80’s rocker wig was exactly what needed to pull off a 80’s glam rock look for my work Christmas party. The product was well priced and fit well, my head didn’t itch with it on despite the room being very hot. Only negative was that my purchase took almost a week to arrive which is quite a long time.”

“Post Office's service was not good. There was no tracking information, they failed to turn up between the hours they said they would. In fact I am 99% sure they never attempted to deliver the parcel as there was not note left. There are many neighbours who would have been in and willing to take in a parcel. PO simply sent a text message to say I had to collect from the depot. I paid for a postal service which I did not get. You should reconsider using PO as your delivery service. Please reply to my complaint on this. Thank you. ricky@thomas3.plus.com”

“Delivery and payment was quick and easy. Products were as stated apart from t-shirt which was incredibly tight and unfortunately did not look good quality as so tight. I bought this top in a size larger than usual.”

“I bought the Dopey Gnome costume for an upcoming fancy dress party. The costume was decent value for money and arrived within 3 days (i paid the cheapest available delivery charge). However, for some reason the inside of the packaging was covered in green glitter. This wasn't the end of the world but it took me about half an hour to get it all off the costume which was a bit annoying. Other than that the service was very good.”
