“Love this company...delivery is always on point, ive ordered 3 outfits so far and countless accessories in 2 month's, Bananawoman was faultless,the cop outfit was spot on and as for Edward Scissorhands it fits like a glove and worth every penny...cant wait for Halloween..will upload pics after the event..thank you so much”

“I had ordered wrongly online and when I went into the store to check sizes i was ill advised ..i then re ordered a different size and it still didnt fit. Trying to return these items was ridiculous...... When i called customer services for advice no one answered and eventually i got cut off. ( did that several times!)So i called the store and they told me to call customer services because they couldnt help.... Now i have 2 useless outfits that im having bother returning.. Wont be shopping there again.”

“Ordering was easy, but parcel was delivered to a chap a few doors down. He said be never received it, so even though I had a rush order in, and paid extra, I never actually received the item I ordered. Asked for a refund and had a rude response, which I was basically told I’d have to send the parcel back to get a refund. Needless to say, this could have gone better. :-(”

“I am size 12 and purchased both small and medium. Medium fit perfectly. It is short but with flat shoes it would probably be ok unless bending over a lot. I purchased a white tutu which has completed this outfit wonderfully. The wings were damaged on arrival, I have had to fix them. The halo is perfect. It is quite expensive for what it is but it is very pretty.”
