“Just a small purchase of a male chinese wig. Wasn’t expecting much as it was a good price for me. This made no difference to Escapade. It arrived exactly as promised, was good quality for what I paid and I would buy again if I needed to.”

“The outfit arrived within a few days and was just what I wanted. The army jacket incorporated the shirt and tie all in one so all I needed to add to the World War One army uniform was shoes. Philip Suffolk”

“I placed an order for a fancy dress costume for my daughter. It was supposed to arrive by friday 21st June. Friday came and went....it did not arrive until the Saturday when her fancy dress event was over. If I had known this i would not have ordered. In our current times, delivery dates are usually much more accurate than this. Quite disappointing.”

Dear Joanne Please accept our apologise for not receiving your items in time for your event. I can see that your order was shipped on the 19th (same day of order) on a 1-2 day delivery service. Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery service. 96.4% However you should have received the order on Friday. We will discuss it with Royal Mail, unfortunately their tracking is currently down so I'm unable to track your parcel. Hopefully this should be resolved within a couple of hours. There may have been a Royal Mail network delay due to it being delivered to Northern Ireland. Best Regards Bhupendra Maisuria

“Escapade provided me with excellent customer service during my purchase. I ordered a costume for my son and they contacted me right away to let me know the size was out of stock, they offered other options and on checking his height, we agreed that the smaller size would be more suitable. On agreement of this they upgraded my postage for free and sent the costume out 1st class as a gesture of goodwill. I was very impressed with the response times and communication of the customer service officer that I was in contact with. I would be happy to use your service again. Thank you.”
