“I ordered two Halloween dresses, one was OK, but the other one which came with small lights did not work at all. When opening the battery compartment the batteries were corroded and leaking.”

“The costume is fantastic and the price is brilliant. But customer service is a joke. I made a purchase previously and received a discount code - site doesnt allow you to input it. So I emailed for support- no reply. Its useless and actually cost me money. Costume is great though”

“Super fast ordering, super fast delivery , very pleased. Willy Wonka outfit a little bigger than I thought it would be so a bit of sewing required to take the sleeves up , super hat. I ordered size L my grandson is 10 almost 11yrs old.”

“Very disappointed with delivery options and delivery. When I ordered this broomstick the site didn’t give me a cheaper delivery option for say 2-3day delivery. It only allowed me to pay for a next day delivery at £6.99. But the item never arrived the next day, in fact it took 4 days (two working days). So why only give me next day delivery option when it took longer. Not sure what I paid almost £7 for. The only reason I ordered this item from escapade was because it was cheaper than any other site, but once I paid for delivery it cost me more money. I’m really not happy, as I feel cheated.”

“Contacted Escapade about products looking the same as the picture on website. I have stung by this before. Response was immediate. Ordered products which arrived two days later. Well pleased, excellent customer service. Will definitely be shopping at Escapade again. Also cheapest price by far, as much as 15 pounds on one product I bought.”

“Pleasure to do business with. Fast dispatch, and no fuss return policy. Great costume, only complaint was that it was a bit see through, so had to wear leggings underneath, otherwise fab!”
