“Ordered a wok burner cap for a built in gas hob. Was shown as in stock on their website. Was then told that it actually wasn't in stock and that it would be 2 weeks until part was back in. Finally, after 4 weeks I received the wrong part. Trying ever since to get them to ship the correct part, with no result. Each time I send a message I'm dealing with someone else, so keep having to repeat my issue. Terrible company, don't go near it.”
“eSpares.ie is VAT registered in Ireland and invoice paid included VAT amount. However due internal logistics the parts are shipped from UK and were subject of additional VAT charges (on top of amount already including VAT) and processing charge. After several emails I have managed to reclaim VAT amount originally charged, which was 60% of the additional cost I had to pay Irish customs.”
